- Available payment methods (Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, bank transfer) will appear upon order completion.
- An order is not considered confirmed until the payment process is successful and the confirmation message is received.
Confirmation and processing of requests
- The request is considered confirmed after the "Confirmed" message appears or a notification is received via the registered communication method.
- Orders are processed according to the order and availability of stock.
- If the product is out of stock after payment, the customer will be contacted to replace it or receive a refund.
Shipping and handling
- We provide shipping to all regions of the Kingdom through approved companies.
- Shipping time and fees depend on the city and weight and are displayed during checkout.
- After receiving the tracking number, the responsibility for follow-up lies with the customer, while we remain ready to provide support when needed.
- The shipment must be inspected immediately upon receipt and any damage reported within 24 hours.
Exchange and return
- We comply with the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within the standard period, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition.
- Returns are not included:
- Opened or used products.
- The software or digital codes after delivery.
- Malfunctions resulting from misuse.
- In case of a product error or manufacturing defect, the store will bear the return costs after verification.
Warranty and after-sales service
- All original products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty according to each brand's policy.
- Presenting the invoice or order number is required to benefit from the guarantee.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by breakage, liquids, or misuse.

- We offer general technical support regarding parts compatibility, but the final decision is the customer's responsibility.
- Any installation outside the store is at the customer's own risk.
