Exchange and Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority at tornadoxp store – we always strive to provide a comfortable and guaranteed shopping experience. If you wish to exchange or return any product, please note the following conditions:

• Conditions for exchange or return: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and packaged in its original packaging without any damage or opening.
• In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage to the product, the store will bear the cost of shipping, replacement or return within the first 6 working days from the date of purchase.
• The allowed period for exchange or return is 6 working days from the date of purchase.

Refund for other reasons:

If the reason is the customer's desire to exchange or cancel the purchase, shipping or bank transfer fees will be charged.

If the order was placed through installment services, the customer will be charged the service fees set by the provider in addition to the shipping fees.

Processing time:

The exchange or return process will be completed within 6 working days from the date the product arrives at the store and its condition is verified.

Refund:

The amount will be refunded after the product has been verified and transferred to the customer's account within 6 business days, depending on the bank used.

In case of a price difference:

When replacing a product with one that is more expensive, the customer pays the difference between the two prices before the replacement product is shipped.
